01- Discussion and Agreements
Please send us an email with all necessary data, such as sketches, mood boards, reference images, or videos, that must be available at the start of the project. We need to know exactly what you want as the project’s final deliverable. We may schedule a call using Zoom or Google Meet to share screens and discuss the brief input, workflow, timeframe, and milestone payments.
02- Drafting Initial Ideas
Based on the project scope, we will begin with 2D or 3D drafting. That could take up to 2-3 days after the project is launched. At this stage, you will receive snapshots from 2D or 3D drafts, or in some cases, a mood board and sketches to ensure we are on track based on the project scope. If the draft is 3D, we will send you several screenshots from various camera angles just to get your initial approval.
03- Preview Rendering With More Details
We provide a design preview with additional details such as textures and lighting on the models. This stage will deliver test rendering images or animation previews of sufficient quality for review, so you can see how they will look before the final stage. Again, we need your comments/feedback by marking up the previews and sending them back to us; we can even set up a call to discuss the changes if necessary. As a result, we must complete all comments from your end and create a final preview before proceeding to the final rendering stages.
04- Final Delivery Or Final Rendering
Based on the previews and addressed all changes in previous stage, and final approval from your side plus payment released in full to us, we submit the highest quality 4K resolution renderings images or animation video.
